Lviv IT-BPO Cluster is an association of the leading Lviv-based information technology (IT) and business process outsourcing (BPO) companies that jointly took a lead to transform the business environment in the city.

Vision:
We see Lviv as a city, where biggest Ukrainian and international companies in the sphere of informational technologies and business-services are locates, city that is comfortable to live and work in, city with the highest level of education in Ukraine.

Mission:
To unite companies, universities and local authorities for the implementation of projects with high added value, quick results and systematic changes in business environment of the city.

- Open access to financial resources for innovation projects of cluster companies
- Become a recognized institution for cross-sectoral collaborative projects’ implementation

Lviv IT-BPO Cluster is a cornerstone of Lviv Competitiveness Strategy approved in March 2010 by the Lviv City Council.
