Our mission is to assist customers in planning the route, to recommend the best prices, provide a convenient booking and affordable payment forms, to take care of the passenger from the moment of route selection till the end of their trip.

We believe that the tickets purchased via Internet should be cheaper. Daily work on price analysis, negotiations with airlines, the search for compromise with banks, leads to the fact that our prices are the best in Ukraine and CIS for most destinations. 

Often it’s more profitable to buy at Tickets.ua than even at the airline’s website. 

Service and Support

We don’t forget about the passenger after ticket issuance. 

Competent call-center agents are ready to help you at any point of your route. If you bought a ticket, for example Kiev-Nice-Kiev, at our Website, but in Nice you decided to change the route and fly to Madrid, feel free to call our hotline. We will do everything possible to change your itinerary without losing a return ticket.

We are accredited by IATA (№ 72-3 2383 4), certified by the State Aviation Administration of Ukraine (certificate number AP0613) with Air services sale certificate, we work under direct contracts with airlines and Ukrainian railway. 

We have all the necessary certificates, licenses, and accreditation. 

Technology

Tickets.ua is not just a booking engine. First and foremost this is a platform that brings together booking systems, business logic and payment gateways. We are one of the few systems (probably even the only, at least in the ex-USSR), that works simultaneously with two leading GDS – Amadeus and Galileo, and it is not declarative, but real. This allows the most effective routes and prices search. 

We know how to use the benefits and synergy of each reservation system. 

Finance

Our own billing solution enables payment via card through all of the leading Ukrainian acquiring banks. This saves the cost of financial transactions, and increases cards permeability.
